The lowdown:

Jalen swam three events at the Division I state meet: the 100 fly, the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay. At the Colorado River Championships, he took second in the 100 fly and third in the 50 free. His season-best 100 fly time (54.89) was tops on the Raiders and second-best in the area.
