Yuma as they celebrate Independence Day by honoring our Armed Forces.
The keynote speaker will be Col. McFall, commander at Yuma Proving Ground. As part of the ceremony, and in partnership with the Yuma Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs committee, individual Soldiers and Marines are recognized for their achievements during the year.
