BAKED DOVE BREASTS
1. After marinating a good 3 hours or longer with marinade (choose something other than Zesty Italian), mix together balsamic vinegar and olive oil, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Wrap the breasts in bacon and secure with toothpick or skewers. Bake until bacon is crispy – dove will be tender and juicy.
