One of our core values is to consistently create a welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient atmosphere. We need to listen to our customer’s needs and to positively communicate our desire to do our very best to accommodate them. Our best form of marketing over the past 45 years has been the genuine referrals of our customers to friends or family members. We truly appreciate our customer’s trust and want to surpass their expectations. We are blessed that our customers have become part of our RL Jones family. We have been fortunate to serve many generations of families and look forward to serving many more. Community service is another RL Jones Insurance & MVS core value.
