Jacob Ramirez

Kofa senior point guard

The lowdown:

Jacob, who averaged 10.5 points per game and 3.2 assists per game, was a good complementary scoring piece alongside Stone Braveheart. Jacob finished the season with five double-digit scoring performances in AIA games and set a season-high with 24 points against San Luis. Jacob’s best game of the season came in the Sabino Boys Basketball Holiday Tournament. He drilled eight 3-pointers and helped spark a 20-point comeback against Desert View.

Coach Jeff Frazine:

“Jacob has been the constant heartbeat of the Kofa Kings during his three-year varsity career. He leads by example and provides a model of success for our younger players to follow. Jacob is his team’s leader and hardest worker. He is a proven scorer and facilitator who plays hard no matter what.”
